davinci

the first time i saw her was in my mind
she was a peice of life yet lifeless so seemed to be
her eyes, focused out, not staring at me
her sides were sketched with lines of touch and scrapes
a chin thats small so delicatly placed
her face was a sight, magnifisant and pure
and her hair was not something worth taking time
to look at, for her dementions and turns had to be shared
the world should know of what I see
all day long i scetch out dreams
that turn into eyes biggest fantasies
a tallent so rare not easy to capture
the delicatness of a woman the strength of her eyes
her presense lies among me, paper thin and grey
i stare at her with wonder and utter dismay
shes turn over her shoulder my first line appears
and everything else just simply disapears.
I remember a time of grief and shallow breaths
my life in ruins lie beneath me
whats behind runs fast and I am not yet closed
for it takes me into its chest and holds me abroad
I stare into a bottomless nothing, now it seems to be
for what I once loved seems so intirely greived
and minutes take my seconds away
into decades and what seem to be waisted days
I spend without you, what visions are these?
I see nothing but holes and feel bloody knees
stare deep and cry 6 feet below
touchable memories are all let go
for what has happened to my dear sweet son?
take my life and my grief this deed is done.
